Director - Research and Education
Ian Edwards has been involved in road safety for over 20 years. He has worked on a wide range of road safety initiatives in both the public and private sectors. These initiatives have included:

Ian is currently undertaking a PhD with the University of Sheffield's Psychology Department researching impulsivity and young drivers.

Neil is a highly experienced road safety practitioner having worked in the field since 1990. Initially Neil worked as a driving instructor delivering numerous courses including:

Neil is a DVSA grade A driving instructor. He holds a City and Guilds 7307 Certificate in Teaching Adult Learners and has attended Cranfield University's course on Managing Human Factors in Driving.

Dave qualified as an approved driving instructor in 1994 and has worked in the driver training field since that time.

Walk-wise Kids Coordinator
Julie comes from an education background and has worked extensively with children and young people with special educational needs. Julie has worked in both primary and college settings. She has extensive experience of working with children and young people with communication needs, having worked for a number of years in Doncaster's world renowned Communication Specialist College. Julie coordinates the Walk-wise Kids project, liaising closely with a number of road safety organisations.
