Buckinghamshire County Council won a Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation due to its Winter Driving Module developed by New View Consultants. The module goes through three sections, road, driving and vehicle. The module covers areas to reduce the risk of an accident when driving in winter. The CIHT is one of the UK's leading associations for those who build, maintain and develop transport and infrastructure.
