Ian Edwards has been commissioned by the National Association of Driver Intervention Providers to develop a new conflict management course for driver trainers who deliver speed awareness and other driver diversionary schemes.  The course will provide Trainers with the insight and tools they need to reduce and deal with the difficult situations that can occasionally arise during the delivery of the courses.
